We always get the best service from Model Garage; I trust them and the work they do.

Once again, the Model Garage folks took care of a necessary repair on my car promptly, kept me informed along the way, and even got it done earlier than they promised. A no-stress auto repair experience :-)

Even though it was thanksgiving week, and they were booked, they got me in and out same day, considering my dead/dying battery enough of an emergency. Toyota down the street intended to have me wait with a dead car for five days. Then, the results/price was lower than anticipated; always a good thing.

Took my SC to a Lexus agency. They said a motor mount was failing and quoted $950 to replace both mounts. Got a bid from The Model Garage for less than half. Took the car in to be repaired , and they inspected and said there was nothing wrong with motor mounts. Charged me a minimum labor fee.

Our family has been going to Model Garage since the 1970's. They are efficient, friendly, have comparable pricing and very accommodating. When we switched from driving Volvos and my husband wanted to buy another make of car, I said fine, but we are not switching mechanics. So we bought a Toyota and Model Garage has taken care of it.

I felt the guys at Model were very accessible and ready to take time and review with me my particular needs. The work seems to be excellent and comprehensive. May not be the cheapest around, but they use all quality parts and don't skimp anywhere. I felt like I got very personalized service. Highly recommend.
