  • What cars do you work on?

    We are independent specialists who work on almost all Toyotas, Lexus and Scions manufactured after 1980. We don't replace windshields, straighten or paint metal, however we can handle most other services and repairs.

  • Can I drop off my car before you open and/or pick it up after you close?

    Yes to both questions. You can drop your Toyota, Scion or Lexus off before we open. We will call you to confirm we have your car and to discuss the repairs you requested. We ask that you park your Toyota, Scion or Lexus in a legal parking space close to our shop. Please put your key in an envelope with a note containing required repairs and contact information. You can put the envelope through the slot in our big, metal roll-down door.

    We can also lock your car out if you can't get back in time to pick it up.

    Of course, parking outside our shop is at your own risk.

  • Can I wait while you work on my car?

    You will have to call in advance and make special arrangements with us. Depending what your repair is, sometimes we will be able to complete the job while you wait.

    We have an outdoor table where you can wait. We are close to Berkeley Bowl and restaurants.

  • When are you open?

    We are open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am until 5:25pm to service your Toyota, Scion or Lexus. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

  • Do I have to take my car to the dealer for the warranty to be in effect?

    You do not have to take your Toyota, Scion or Lexus to the dealer for the warranty to be in effect. Any work you pay for can be done at the shop of your choice. You do need to keep a record of the work done on your car in case you have to prove that the service was done on schedule.

    Any free warranty work or recalls must be done at the dealer.
