I picked up a 2010 Volvo XC70 a few months ago. The vehicle record said services had been performed on schedule, but I wanted to get the Model Garage familiar with the car. I was also experiencing some engine noise. MG quickly diagnosed the noise as an engine mount. They found a software update due and applied it. As always the experience at MG was good, and gives me confidence that my new used vehicle will be in good hands going forward.

I had a problem with my car that turned out to be simple to fix, but required some investigation by the mechanic first. I have been to other mechanics who would have been happy to diagnosis something complicated and expensive. I have never had that experience here.
