These guys are always the best. Patient and knowing. And fun to be around. My only gripe is they took away the bar stools in front of the customer counter. Apparently too many people just wanted to hang out there and were getting in the way of the work going on behind the counter. But geeze, maybe you could install some sort of buzzy vibrator in the seats you could activate when a customer just wouldn't go away. Of course, that might make him/her stay even longer....

As had been the case for the more than 20 years we have been highly satisfied and loyal customers, these folks are as friendly as they are professional, as honest and as they are through, and as helpful as is possible. In this case they did a complete assessment of a 1998 V 70 Volvo, found about 5 K of deferred maintenance and told us we could do better and not to take this car, which, of course, we will not. Thanks again for all, past, present, and future.

I have been taking my car to the Lexus dealer in Oakland since I bought my car there in 2003. I have been very dissatisfied with their service department and finally made the move to Model Garage. The staff is incredibly friendly and service is very prompt.

Clear communication, worked with me to get service I needed, they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They also spent time on a previous problem they had solved, but which came back, and did not charge for that. You can trust them, period.

Model Garage, the best tonic for the car and myself. Gratitude for the always professional, excellent, honest care.
