I took my Volvo S40 to the Model Garage for the first time; I needed some specific services and to make sure it was "roadtrip ready." All my interactions were very pleasant, plus they actually listen! I got a status call with a thorough explanation of issues found and resolved. The car was ready to be picked up much earlier than I thought, with all the work done, and they called my attention to a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of, including a tire repair - saving me from getting a flat. Good people, great service, and reasonably priced. I will no longer dread taking my car in for service - thank you Model Garage!
