In all my experiences with them over the years, including last week, Model Garage has been the epitome of excellent service delivered in a straightforward, friendly manner. They keep me informed, they deliver on time and they don't try to up-sell me on work or products I don't need. There have been the inevitable blips over time, but in each of the [few] cases, they corrected it appropriately, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. If they service your make of vehicle, you should definitely give them your business and decide for yourself.
