I always love the Model Garage - speedy, practical, honest, nice.

I have been taking a succession of Volvo wagons to these guys since Don and Peter were young men. They have kept our cars going and have always been there for us. My youngest daughter - now in her mid 30's - brings her Prius from Santa Cruz for them to work on it. A completely professional crew that has always told me the truth - even when I did't want to hear it. Straight up 5 stars without reservation.

I had been going to the dealer for maintenance and repair. Tried Model Garage and immediately learned more from their courteous and clear explanations than I had been able to before. The routine service was very good, and faster than I expected.

It's a great experience of having my car serviced with The model garage. Everything went smoothly as Robert was very efficient and friendly in the check-in and check-out process. The cost is much better than what the dealership would charge so it's a big plus. Will go back to get my brakes replaced soon!

After noticing what appeared to be an oil leak beneath the chassis of my Prius, I scheduled an appointment with The Model Garage. They approved my first choice, as usual, then Don got back to me within the day to confirm I had punctured the oil pan and it needed to be replaced. Given that further delay could well have led to more serious engine problems, it was good timing that I brought it in when I did. It's now driving like a charm with no leaks thanks to the Model Garage's usual spot on diagnoses and service.
