They took the time to understand my needs and explained what would be done and the associated charges. Everyone was friendly and gave me information to help me maintain my car for the long term. Excellent service. We have been trusting our autos with Model Garage for almost 40 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. We had Volvos for most of those years, but when my husband wanted to change cars, I said fine, along as I don't have to change mechanics. So we got the Toyota Avalon and we are both happy.

This place has old fashion integrity (I'm 73 so I know old fashion integrity). You know you will get a fair price for work that you are confident is needed. I bring my car from Walnut Creek because I trust The Model Garage.

I have been a customer since 1989 and this garage is wonderful!! I highly recommend it for all your Toyota needs...now they just have to add Subarus to their car list.
