What is the $70 charge for tow-in? I drove the car to the shop.

My family just bought a used Toyota SIenna van and needed to get several things done. We found the model Garage on Yelp and gave it a try. We were very happy with the courtesy and professionalism and our bill was very close to the estimate. Quick turnaround too! We'll be going back!

My 1977 Volvo 245 is fairly homely these days, but it runs great, thanks to the Model Garage's superlative service. The only drawback is that I have to replace the car with only one the MG supports. I won't switch garages!

You can trust these guys - we've been taking our cars (all Volvos) there for as long as we've been in Berkeley -that would be close to 30 years, I think - and we've always gotten trustworthy advice and service. It's one of our most treasured and appreciated neighborhood businesses.

Absolutely the best garage ever used.

These guys are excellent - took them almost no time at all to diagnose my Volvo's problem, and they fixed it same day. The staff are easy to talk to, and really have their act together!

I've tried several other garages for servicing my 02 XC and nothing compares to Model Garage for quality of service in terms of price, ease of communication, willingness to get you in quickly for emergencies like headlights going out, warning messages,etc. and friendliness. Previously I was very happy with Oceanworks when I had a Honda and regretted leaving when I bought my Volvo. But having found Model Garage I would certainly buy another Volvo or even Toyota to stay with them.

Superb example of a local business. It couldn't last without treating the clientele well, and they do just that.
