I just had a 90,000 mile service on my Prius and as usual the service--to me and to others who were leaving or picking up their cars--was excellent. (One of the staff even went to find a chair for an older gentleman while he and his wife waited.) They know what is needed and how to do it, keep track of your car's history, and their labor rate is fair and reasonable. I also love seeing Robert take a short break to walk his treasured little dog!

These guys do a great job. They know Volvos better than anyone. Better than that they let me know what needs to be done now, and what I can put off if I need to. They aren't the cheapest, but they know what they are doing and do it in a timely way. Thanks guys

This company is super great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I got Covid the day before I was to drop off my car to replace a stolen catalytic converter. I had a neighbor drop it off. Not only did they fix it that same day but the queue for the part was not as long as other places I called. Doreen is great, she helped me through all my anxieties. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they left grease marks on the inside door panel on driver side.

I took photos of it on the day it was dropped off because the tow truck driver went into your vehicle to take photos and left those marks.It is completely my fault for not putting those notes on your work order and attaching the photo.
