We always bring in the Volvos to Model Garage. They are excellent at diagnosing the issue and resolving it quickly. Highly recommend.

My Lexus SUV catalytic converter was stolen. Doreen at Model Garage did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of obtaining a replacement which involved collecting information on the vehicle catalytic converter and exhaust system, contacting a Smog Referee with the information in order to obtain catalytic converter recommendations, and determining whether any of the recommended converters were available for purchase. In addition, she worked with the insurance company on the claim. Kudos to Robert for his persistence in locating an OEM converter. Overall, Model Garage worked very efficiently to get my car back to me even though much of the effort occurred just before and after the holiday season. Five stars!
