Superb service from start to finish. I had an old car evaluated for possible purchase. The intake was thorough but efficient, the report showed careful evaluation, and I got more useful feedback upon pickup. Our family has been coming to Model Garage for decades; it is the best!

The folks at Model Car Garage are always friendly and informative. They've helped us keep our 2013 Toyota Prius V in great shape over the years. Our regular maintenance yesterday turned around really quickly, and we just realized that they even vacuumed the floors! That doesn't happen all the time, but it was a delightful surprise this time around.

Terrific service. I was so well taken care of. Everyone there was helpful and courteous . The whole feeling in the garage is one of harmony and a sense that everyone there is glad to be working in such a congenial, efficient, well-run place. They checked things in my car that I didn't even know needed checking. Very reasonable as well.

On the 18th, I was told that my beloved 2019 Toyota Corolla needed major maintenance. I was about to move to Berkeley and was worried about finding a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Doreen responded to my email promptly with detailed questions about my car and helped schedule an appointment right away. On the 21st, Erneston welcomed me warmly and offered a price far lower than many other repair shops. They even cleaned the floor mats on both the driver and passenger sides! Im now a loyal customer.
