Doreen’s an angel. Replaced my cat converter in no time after I had it stolen the night before - and continuously explained me every bit of the process. Happy beans.

I love these mechanics. Admittedly, it is the first time I've taken my car to the Model Garage, but they did an amazing job. My previous mechanic seemed to have trouble fitting me in, but they answered the phone and gave me an appointment the next day. I'd tried two other garages recommended to me but neither could fit me in soon. The ambience here is great. Very organized and fairly big place, but still feels personable. It was a very confusing issue with my car that other mechanics weren't able to fix, but Model Garage figured it out and my beloved Subaru is all better.

I came to model garage for the first time after getting an estimate from my previous repair shop that had changed hands. Their estimate seemed ridiculously high; I have a 2007 Honda Accord with 170,000 miles I wanted a second opinion, and model garage gave me that. They were welcoming on the phone, in person and explained their estimate in detail, clarifying that a couple of things the other shop had thought were necessary to repair, were not. Im a fan and will be coming back when needed. Thanks.

The folks at Model Car Garage are always friendly and informative. They've helped us keep our 2013 Toyota Prius V in great shape over the years. Our regular maintenance yesterday turned around really quickly, and we just realized that they even vacuumed the floors! That doesn't happen all the time, but it was a delightful surprise this time around.
