On the 18th, I was told that my beloved 2019 Toyota Corolla needed major maintenance. I was about to move to Berkeley and was worried about finding a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Doreen responded to my email promptly with detailed questions about my car and helped schedule an appointment right away. On the 21st, Erneston welcomed me warmly and offered a price far lower than many other repair shops. They even cleaned the floor mats on both the driver and passenger sides! Im now a loyal customer.

Just completed my third visit to the Model Garage with my 2019 Prius. As usual, they provided excellent service at a great price -- at least half of what I was quoted by the Toyota dealership. Friendly staff and great communication.
