As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've always been a little skeptical about auto shops taken advantage of my ignorance. Not with Model Garage. I TRUST them. They are honest and kind and don't do extra work if it's not needed, and that is EVERYTHING.

If you are looking for a top notch mechanic shop, this is it!! Top service, best mechanics and the people in charge couldn't get any better!

Paying hard-earned money to get my car "fixed" is never fun, BUT if I have to do so, then I'm glad it's to Model Garage because the people who work there and the service they provide are fantastic! Bruce and Robert are so "human"--They make me actually feel OK about the bill (hard to believe). I TRUST them to do what's necessary and not ever try to weasel more work out of me. Truly, if you haven't yet done so, give them a try. I've turned on my sister who lives in SF to them, and she, too, just thinks the world of them.

The Model Garage provided excellent and quick service. The car was in for its periodic maintenance check. It was supposed to be ready in the early afternoon. It was ready well before noon, after having been brought in at 7:30. Plus, we were informed that there was a nail in one tire, and we were able to take care of it the same day.
