My car developed a weird and disconcerting mechanical problem - the radiator fan wouldn't stop running - on a Sunday (or course). When I called first thing on Monday morning, Robert answered my call, understood my problem, and told me I could bring my car right in. I did. Betsy was sympathetic, helpful, and offered care rental resources. They repaired the fan situation, did a few other things as part of the Spring-is-Here Special (new wiper blades, windshield coating, replacing tailgate struts), and got my car back to me that same day. Perfect.

Polite reception, clear communication, excellent service, easy to get there via BART. I have used them for years and wouldn’t consider changing.
