I took a used 2016 Toyota Corolla to Model Garage for a pre-purchase inspection. The shop looked clean and well-organized. The people at the desk were pleasant to deal with and I was given a quick and convenient appointment. The inspection was thorough. I will trust my new-to-me car to the mechanics there for future maintenance.

Expert, experienced, honest, straightforward, diligent, and willing to give the best advice even if it doesn't help their bottom line. And not any condescension, even though I'm a woman and and obviously don't know much about my own car. I wish everything in life operated the way Model Garage does.

Robert was super helpful, transparent, trustworthy, and got me out of there for the least possible amount of money. I'm definitely coming back for the next thing I need.

Model garage has been maintaining our two old Volvos for many decades, One is a 79 the other a 95 so the newest is 22 years old. Through the years, they have saved us money by keeping those cars in top and dependable shape. We have not bought new cars because Model provides us, year after year, with two cars working like new. We have thus avoided the pitfalls of the new complicated computerized cars that can not only cost far more to acquire (At the time, I only paid $5,000 for the new '79) but also cost more to maintain.

When it seemed that the tow truck would not arrive in time to get the Corolla to your place before closing time on Friday, it was such a surprise - and a huge relief - to have Zena tell me to have it brought on in, anyhow! Thank you so much.
