Very courteous, fast service; they are following stricter cleaning procedures than I have seen at other garages. I went in for a catalytic converter brace placement: it took less than an hour AND the price was almost $200 less than the price quoted to me by the dealership. I was impressed when I heard the owner greet a customer by their 1st name. If this garage was open on Saturdays - I’d use it regularly.

When considering which car to buy, I choose a Toyota because Model Garage specializes in Toyota’s. From past experience, I knew that I could bring the car into Model Garage and I would be treated with honesty, courtesy , and the highest level of service.
