With just a phone call, Bruce or Robert are there to either schedule a service appointment or answer any questions. Now that's what I call customer satisfaction.

I am so appreciative of all the work that the Model Garage team have done over the years on my '08 S40. All their work was always excellent and timely. When it needed significant repairs and I opted to find a private buyer instead of spending the money myself, Bruce was accommodating to my needs and worked around my schedule. I would consider buying another Volvo just to make sure I can continue to have The Model Garage service my car.
