Great service and sincere effort by all members of the staff to help with solving car problems. One complaint though: I recently picked my car up one day late. They had parked it rather tightly in the outside fenced log. In trying to get out in a bit of hurry for a dental appointment I scrapped my left fender which will either cost $150 or $1050 to repair. Will know more next week. Mea culpa, but still a little peeved at their stacked parking scheme.

I'm still as pleased from the first time I started taken my car to model garage. Each time I leave I'm even happier to have my car repaired and to spend time with the crew that work at model garage. Each one is very friendly and kind. I'm really blessed to have model garage at a time in my life money is low since I retired and I do trust them all.

OK, I called and talked to Don about buying a used car and he gave me really good advice for about 10 mins. He didn't try to rush the conversation and get me off the phone although I wasn't bringing in a car to the shop. This is a really good sign. When I called volvo dealerships to get the same kind of advice, either they put me into their voicemail or won't spend any time with me at all. This is the place I'll be taking my volvo into when and if it needs to get work done.
