As usual, the Model mechanics informed me of a future difficulty, (with my rear axel) and called me to ask if they could fix it while the car was in the shop. That saved me time and avoided my encountering the problem later.

Wow, where shall I begin? Well there I was ... clunking down the road in my old clunker when all of a sudden I heard and almost felt a strong whoooshing noise, it was so loud and ominous, coming from the engine compartment and then on top of that I sensed that out of nowhere my brakes were peculiarly soft and that the motor wanted to stall. What was going on I asked myself and the only answer I could come up with was that "The Model Garage Masters of the Universe" would know so I straightaway (without using my brakes at all - I swear) made my way there where they took so short a time to diagnose the problem and fix it than it took me to write this review. 6 stars !

All went fine, as usual. I hate rating with stars. I do not value digitized responses. I do not like superlatives. If I did not trust you, I would not keep coming back. :) I have been a customer since 2000 or 2001. I intend to return. Keep doing what you are doing.

I have brought my Volvos to Model for over 12 years. My vehicles have had great service there and even complex problems have been tackled by the mechanics at Model. As long as I own a Volvo or a Toyota I will be a Model customer.
