2003 Toyota Camry wouldn’t start. Had new starter installed.

This company is super great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I got Covid the day before I was to drop off my car to replace a stolen catalytic converter. I had a neighbor drop it off. Not only did they fix it that same day but the queue for the part was not as long as other places I called. Doreen is great, she helped me through all my anxieties. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they left grease marks on the inside door panel on driver side.

I have a 1987 Volvo 240 with 378K miles. It has been serviced by Model Garage for 20 years. It has survived hitting a downed tree on Highway 13 in the dark of a very stormy night, being hit by a fast flying object on the freeway, and being assaulted by a smash and grab event, all with thanks to the persistence and caring professionalism of the Model Garage staff, Robert, Doreen, and Ernesto. That’s in addition to the regular maintenance they have provided all along. What I appreciate so much is that they anticipate maintenance issues so you are not caught by surprise when they come up and their diligence in tracking down parts that are no longer readily available. All done with such a positive and caring attitude. Their customer service beats any I have encountered in any business. You know that they always have your back and will go the extra mile for You!
