I've been bringing my car to the Model Garage for a year or so. When my catalytic converter was stolen, Model Garage (in the person of the wonderful DOREEN) went to work! She wrangled my insurance company brilliantly, and located a replacement part really quickly!

The staff and technicians always take good care of me and my 2008 Honda Fit. For only the second time since 2008 my car wouldn't start. Model Garage checked my charging system and replaced the battery in record time. They also replaced my non-functional driver's-side door lock and had it keyed to my existing key. And that's not all! Ever since my last tire purchase (not through Model Garage) my car has had a strange vibration in the front end. Model Garage checked it out today. As it turns out, I had been sold 2 replacement wheels that did not match my car and they were causing a wobble. My new wheels have been ordered and I'm looking forward to a smooth ride. The bottom line: I totally trust Model Garage to be honest and do the job right.
