Model garage is always so helpful - even when I drop in a for a quick question and giving me great feedback for future requirements for my aging Volvo.

It is always a pleasure to deal with the Model Garage. I really like all the people there and I feel sure that my car has been well taken care of.

All done as promised.. I trust them to do what's needed.

The customer service was great. Walked in when they opened without an appointment and they were able to take me in the same day. My car would of been out at the end of the day but there was a part error; not a huge inconvenience but I did have to readjust my plans for the next day. Unless I find a better mechanic I will be returning.

My family has been going to the Model Garage for the past twelve years with continual excellent service. At one point, we had three Volvos serviced by them. Our current Volvo is 50 miles short of 200K. When I reach that goal later this week Model Garage will give me a bottle of French champagne. With good maintenance I'm aiming for 300K on the same engine.
