Robert always makes me feel welcome and makes it clear that he wants to get everything right. And they always do!

Although it was in for routine maintenance, I was notified of several urgent problems that could have become serious. I spent more than anticipated, but it'll save me a bundle in the long run. Thanks guys!

I'm so happy to have a "relationship" with The Model Garage. It makes car maintenance and repair enjoyable, if that's possible. I don't dread taking my car in because I know I will get treated fairly, that I won't get pressured into making costly and not -totally- necessary repairs, and that the work will be done quickly and efficiently.

Had an odd problem with a battery, one that I thought was totally dead, after several near dead occurrances. Model Garage got the battery charged again, but also analyzed the problem (though still not enough info available for full explanation), and worked out a plan of action to determine what the cause is. Some possibilities were ruled out, others we will gather info on. Excellent service!

I love the Model Garage!!! From the first time I took my car to them I felt totally taken care of. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I don't really understand motors but I am totally confident that they will keep my '94 Camry running for many years to come. Thank you so much!!!!
