I love the Model Garage! Always have. I've been bringing my Toyotas here since 1986. And now, as a single mom on a budget, I can count on them to tell me honestly whether I can wait on certain parts of the service or should get it done now. They are honest, efficient, and on time. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the same mechanic has worked on my car almost since I first started going there (and I love that my mechanic is a woman!).

M/G was able to fit me in at last minute after experiencing electrical issues with my XC70. They provided a local breakfast recommendation, and had the problem sorted out by the time I finished my meal. Was able to keep my late AM appts - thank you, Model Garage!

These guys deliver consistently excellent service. I can't imagine going to any other repair shop. . . .
