It is always a pleasure to have one's car serviced at the Model Garage: everyone is incredibly nice and very competent.

They fit me in with little advance planning, got the inspection done quickly and in the time estimated, and gave me good information about a used car I am in the process of buying.

We've been having our cars serviced at model for more than 20 years. The work is always reliable and we have never had to take a car back for a redo. The place has integrity - I don't believe they have ever recommended unnecessary work and I feel comfortable with the cost. Plus, they are really nice people and fun to do business with.

As near as I can tell, everything is fine! What is an axle? - sometime when I'm there, perhaps I can see the underside of my beloved Toyota up on the rack, and get a clue? Why the last star above only half? Because there's danger in thinking you're too good? Thanks, Dorothy
