For twenty years we were altogether pleased with the service we got on our Volvos. The dealer service agreement on my 2006 Prius having expired, I took my Prius to the Model Garage and their service was better than the dealer's.

Everyone was super helpful and efficient, and Don in particular explained a lot about Volvos to me, a newbie to the whole experience. He looked up the cost of a cargo cover for me. They even helped my to explain to the used car dealership what needs work on the car I ended up buying.
