I needed my passenger window fixed and knew it would be costly, though it ended up costing less than I had been quoted elsewhere. Made an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Friendly staff each time I called and stopped by in person. Robert showed me the broken piece of my window and explained how it should work. He also replaced a broken tail light. I appreciated the interest in repairing my car. I will be back for the next service needed on my Volvo.

Our 2007 Highlander started making a whirring sound. We called Model Garage and they were able to fit us in the next day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and had it fixed by the end of the day. While they were at it they checked the tires and tire pressure which were fine. We've trusted our Volvos and Toyotas to Model Garage for ever. They are thorough, fair, and competent.
