Top quality service again and again.

The service was fast, although I was a little confused by the price. I did not had to pay for it, the dealer were I bought the car took care of it, but still 100$ just to pull the code for the check engine light (which is something that takes 5 minutes btw) seems way too much, other dealers do it for free. This specific issue then was the fuel cap that had to be replaced, so I guess 30 mins of labour between pulling the code and mounting the new cap. What I am saying is that 24$ for the new item plus half an hour of labour cannot be really 124$

Personable and knowledgeable, the crew also offers guidance regarding the order and importance of repairs. I am seeking a newer car at the moment, and part of my criteria depends upon whether Model Garage works on a specific brand. My highest recommendation.

I took my 1988 Volvo to Model for its routine 285,000 mile service. The shop found a few extra items that needed attention and gave me tips on how to follow up if a situation continued. All finished on time and professionally.

Great service - the point is that I trust them, although it may be on par with the dealers in terms of price. Good experience and they are willing to work with you and communicate regularly.
