Super fast service, nice staff. My new garage for my Volvo!

Model Garage is the best - excellent service, excellent communication. Need to trust the safety of your vehicle's condition since after all it will impact your whole family's life - go to Model Garage. We're very lucky to have Model Garage in South Berkeley!

The gentlemen that helped me took time to explain potential mechanical issues and provided several options as a solution. I appreciated the time they took to be thorough.

Both Don and Robert treated my daughter and me with the courtesy and respect we have come to expect from the Model Garage. Don was especially helpful in showing us how to program the multiple seat settings on the driver's seat in my daughter's Volvo S70.

Our family are 30-year customers of Model Garage. The first 25 years were with several Volvos. Now we have switched to Priuses. These guys are always on top of every detail; always finish on time, but most importantly have the highest of integrity. They are known for avoiding extra work (and money) wherever they can. Even with the obscure technology of a Prius, Model's service managers always explain everything and in addition to getting it right, always try to save the customer money.

As usual Robert and the gang were courteous and helpful. They got our car in and out on schedule. The service was well worth the commute from Moraga.
