I have been a customer of Model Garage for about 30+ years. The first 4-5 cars were Volvos but now am driving an Avalon Toyoto and continue to get great service. I was willing to change auto manufacturers, but not mechanics!

Everyone here is amazingly nice and knowledgable. They always explain the problem to me in a way I can understand (I know nothing about cars) and they go the extra mile to fix and help in anyway they can! Always a great experience!

Really helped out in a timely manner as we needed to have car checked out that day. We ended up buying the car and my Dad is very happy. Thanks,

I have a Volvo station wagon with 90000 miles that these guys have taken great care of for 6 years. I trust them implicitly, they always explain everything very well. Friendly, in the neighborhood, I feel lucky to have Don, Robert and the rest of the team.

Always professional, helpful, courteous. I have been coming for years and will continue to do so because I trust them more than any other garage. Mostly, they don't do anything that doesn't absolutely need to be done. That's refreshing after going to a dealer for service with a newish car.

I came to the Bay Area for a few days to buy a car, as there aren't many Priuses (Prii?) for sale where we live in Southern Oregon. After locating a vehicle we were interested in, I made a few calls to area garages that had good reviews on Yelp. The Model Garage was friendly, clear, and could get the car in the same day for a vehicle inspection.

On my way to work my radiator hose broke enough to make my caution light stay on so I called the shop and they said they had the parts and could get to it immediately. As soon as the tow truck unloaded my car, and a few more minutes of paperwork, I was sitting in their office at a desk with my computer on using their wi-fi. I was able to connect to my office and begin my work day, and within an hour, my car was ready to go. The shop is immaculate and the people very nice. When my car needs service in the future, I will bring it back because I had a good feeling that they they know what they are doing, and do it well.
