I LOVE Model Garage! Everyone you deal with is so warm and kind. They explain all car issues clearly and deal with my dumb car noise imitations. I hate to admit I love my "new to me" Volvo. I realize I need to take good care of it for it to last a long time. I will never take my car to someone else!

Everyone there takes great care in servicing my car. This is my second generation car to be serviced by Model Garage, my first was a Volvo and now a Toyota Highlander. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and on-time. They are happy to give me really detailed information and also make economical decisions. I have never had a complaint or bother with them. The owner Don is not only kind but has an incredible memory for all the idiosyncrasies of past problems, remembering them more clearly than I do myself!

Crisis visit after by 1986 Volvo was rear-ended on Ashby Ave while stopped at a crosswalk. Brought car in to evaluate the loud noises.. Don was immediately helpful, diagnosed the problem -- drive shaft and motor mounts were disrupted -- and was able to promise repairr by noon the next day! PERFECT! Thanks Don and all of your helpful staff. My car is as good as new!
