Wonderful service as usual !

I'm happy that Model Garage was willing to work with me on a way to deal with a pesky engine light problem on my Prius. . They suggested initially trying to solve the problem by replacing a valve that might be defective. The cost was substantial and the possibility existed that this might not solve the problem. As an alternative, Robert suggested that I buy a OBD2 reader and keep track of the error code that was coming up when the engine light came on. For me, this was a better solution.

I've found a few other Volvo repair shops in the US that come close to Model Garage, but if I want my car to be thoroughly looked over and fixed properly, no bullshit, I wait until I'm back in California and bring it here. It is important to have OCD service on a car when you don't want it breaking down on the interstate, in the middle of hundreds of miles of cornfields or desert!

Sorted out my problem and resolved to my satisfaction. Saved a few bucks as well!
